# How to book a group of learners onto the online course.  Can I book multiple people onto the course with the same order?

Yes. You can buy one or more course enrolments in a single order.

This is ideal for schools, businesses, charities, clubs and families, or anyone purchasing the course for a group of learners.

## **Buying multiple enrolments**

Visit: https://www.british-sign.co.uk/enrol

Choose how many enrolments you need before completing the checkout.

You can pay by debit or credit card. Organisations can also choose invoice and pay by bank transfer.

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive access to your enrolment dashboard.

## **Managing your learners**

Your enrolment dashboard lets you:

* Add learners individually.
* Add several learners at once by pasting a list from a spreadsheet.
* Share a self-enrolment link so learners can add themselves.
* View all your learners in one place.
* Search and filter learners by progress.
* Download a CSV report of learner progress.
* You can also update learner details, reallocate unused enrolments and manage your group from the same dashboard.


## **Self-enrolment links**

If you don’t want to enter each learner’s details yourself, you can generate a self-enrolment link.

Simply send the link to your learners and they can enter their own details to claim one of your available enrolments.

If required, you can restrict the link so that it only accepts email addresses from your organisation’s domain.


## **Monitoring progress**

The enrolment dashboard shows each learner’s progress through the course, making it easy to see who has not started, who is in progress and who has completed the course.


## **Buying additional enrolments**

You can purchase more enrolments at any time.

If you use the same purchaser email address, the additional enrolments will automatically be added to your existing enrolment dashboard, so all of your learners remain in one place.
