# My online course password isn't working.

This happens if you are entering an incorrect username and/or password.

**USERNAME**
Please note that your course username is not your email address. It is possible to log-in using your email address instead of your username if you are the only person registered using your email address however it is best to use the course username that was emailed to you when you created your enrollment.

**PASSWORD**
Your password is case-sensitive - this means that if you must enter your password with uppercase and lowercase letters in the correct places otherwise your password will not be accepted.

**When resetting your course password you will need to provide your username, not your email address.**
