Why can’t I see my certificate yet?

Your certificate will only become available after you have completed all ten sections of the course and achieved at least 85% in every section assessment.

If you cannot see your certificate, check that:

• You have completed every section of the course.
• You have attempted every section assessment.
• You have scored at least 85% in each assessment.

A high overall score is not enough if one or more individual assessments are below 85%.

You can retake any assessment as many times as needed. Once all of the requirements have been met, refresh the certificate page or sign out and back in again.
If your certificate still does not appear, contact us and include the name and email address used for your course account.
