I haven't received my enrollment email. What should I do?
An email containing your enrollment dashboard link is automatically sent to you within 5 minutes of your order being placed. Also, once you have created your enrollment, your login details are sent automatically within 5 minutes.
If you cannot see these emails in your inbox then it is likely that either you have accidentally made a typo in your email address or the message has been redirected to your junk/spam folder.
- Check (and refresh) your junk/spam folder.
- Check that you have provided the correct email address.
- Check if you have an email forwarder or filter that could be moving your messages elsewhere.
Please note that some email clients require you to manually refresh your junk/spam folder to show the latest messages. For example:
