Which payment methods do you accept for course enrollment?

Payment Options



During checkout you can select to pay using the methods below. An invoice is automatically generated when you complete the checkout process.

Payments made using debit/credit card are processed automatically and will allow you to access your enrolments within 3 minutes of making payment - orders placed with all other payment types will be processed automatically within 24hrs of your payment clearing our account. If you will require access to your enrolments quickly then please pay by debit/credit card or ask your finance department to process the payment promptly.

Orders must be placed via our website - we cannot receive orders via email or over the phone.

Debit/Credit Cards - Our card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Orders will be processed automatically and your enrolment dashboard email will be sent to you within 3 minutes of placing your order. For details about Stripe please click here.
BACS / Bank Transfer (minimum £10) -  An invoice containing payment details will be generated when you place your order. Orders will be processed once payment has been received. When sending us your purchase order or remittance advice please include the order number from the invoice generated when you placed your order on our website.  Correspondence without a british-sign.co.uk invoice number included cannot be processed.
Purchase Order (minimum £10) - This is for organisations who need to make payment using a purchase order.  Please place your order on our website before you send through any other correspondence. You can include your purchase order number during checkout and it will appear on your invoice. An invoice containing payment details will be generated when you place your order. Orders will be processed once payment has been received.  When sending us your purchase order or remittance advice please include the order number from the invoice generated when you placed your order on our website.  Correspondence without a british-sign.co.uk invoice number included cannot be processed.
Cheque (minimum £10) - If you pay by cheque you will not have access to the course until your payment has been processed - this can take up to 7 days once we receive your cheque. Orders will be processed once payment has cleared. When sending us your purchase order or remittance advice please include the order number from the invoice generated when you placed your order on our website.  Correspondence without a british-sign.co.uk invoice number included cannot be processed.

**Remittance Advice**


Because your order will be processed automatically when payment is received we do not require you to send remittance advice, however if you wish to you can send remittance advice to hello@british-sign.co.uk
