Can I enrol multiple people using the same email address?

Yes. The same email address can be used for more than one learner.

Each learner receives their own course account, with a unique username and password. Their progress, assessment results and certificate are recorded separately.

Using a shared email address

When adding learners through your enrolment dashboard, you can enter the same email address for several people.

The login details for each learner will be sent to that address, so the person managing the inbox will need to make sure each learner receives the correct username and password.

Where possible, we recommend using each learner’s own email address. This makes it easier for them to receive their login details and reset their password without assistance.

The purchaser’s email address

The email address entered at checkout is used for the order confirmation, invoice and enrolment dashboard.

It does not need to be the same as the learner’s email address. For example, a parent, employer or school administrator can purchase the enrolments and then add each learner through the dashboard.

Buying additional enrolments

You can buy more enrolments at any time using the same purchaser email address.

Any additional places purchased using that email address will be available through the same enrolment dashboard, allowing you to manage all your learners in one place.
