How do I buy an online course enrolment?

You can buy one or more enrolments through our website: https://www.british-sign.co.uk/enrol

All orders must be placed online. We cannot accept orders by email or over the phone.

Choose who will be learning

Select whether you are enrolling:

  • one learner
  • multiple learners

If you are buying for several people, enter the number of enrolments you need. Each learner will receive their own course login, progress record and certificate.

Choose how much to pay

Introducing British Sign Language is available on a Pay What You Can basis, from £5 per learner.

Choose one of the suggested amounts or enter your own contribution. Every learner receives the same course and certificate, regardless of the amount paid.

Your payment is a one-off charge and includes two years’ access from the learner’s first login.

Complete the checkout

Select Continue to secure checkout and enter your billing and contact details.

You can pay by debit or credit card.

Organisations can also choose invoice and pay by bank transfer. A purchase order number can be added during checkout if required.

A VAT invoice is generated automatically.

Look out for your dashboard email

After your payment has been processed, we will email you a link to your enrolment dashboard.

The email is sent from: course@learnbritishsignlanguage.co.uk

Card payments usually make the dashboard available within a few minutes. If you choose invoice and bank transfer, it will become available once your payment has reached our account.

Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.

Add the learner

Open your enrolment dashboard and enter the learner’s name and email address.

This can be your own information or the details of somebody else you have purchased the course for.

Please enter the learner’s name carefully, as it will be used for their course account and certificate.

Once the learner has been added, their username and password will be emailed to them straight away.

Start the course

The learner can use the details in their email to sign in and begin the course.

Their two-year access period starts on the day they first log in, rather than on the date the enrolment was purchased.
