How do I change a learner’s name or email address?

If you have entered a learner’s details incorrectly, or the enrolment has not yet been used, you can update the learner’s details yourself from your enrolment dashboard.

Open your enrolment dashboard and find the learner you want to change. Select 'Release this place'.

If the learner has not yet started the course, the enrolment place will become available again. You can then assign it to the correct person by entering their name and email address.

This is useful if:

• you entered the wrong name or email address
• the learner has changed before the course has started
• you accidentally assigned the enrolment to the wrong person

Can I change the details after somebody has started the course?

No. Once a learner has started the course, their enrolment is linked to their progress, assessment results and certificate. It cannot be transferred to somebody else.
If you need another person to take the course, you will need an unused enrolment place.
