How long does course access last, and is it a subscription?

Your course enrolment is a one-off purchase. There are no monthly fees or automatic subscription payments.

You will have access to the course for two years from the first time you log in.

During that time, you can work through the course at your own pace, revisit any section and retake the assessments as many times as needed.

The two-year access period begins when the learner first logs in to the course, rather than when the enrolment is purchased.

This means you can buy an enrolment for somebody else or create a gift voucher without their course access beginning straight away.

When your two-year access period comes to an end, you can renew it through the enrolment dashboard.

To access the dashboard, enter the email address used to place the order. We will send a secure sign-in link to that email address.

Once signed in, find the learner whose access you would like to extend and follow the renewal option shown on their enrolment.
